The teacher asked, &#8220;Johnny what is your problem?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Johnny answered, &#8220;I\u2019m too smart for the first grade. My sister is in the third grade and I\u2019m smarter than she is! I think I should be in the third grade too!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The teacher had had enough. She took Johnny to the principal\u2019s office.<\/p>\n<p>While Johnny waited in the outer office, the teacher explained to the principal what the situation was.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_6058\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/jokeslab.com\/jokes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/bad-kid-drinking-smoking.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6058\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6058\" title=\"bad-kid-drinking-smoking\" src=\"https:\/\/jokeslab.com\/jokes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/bad-kid-drinking-smoking.jpg\" alt=\"bad-kid-drinking-smoking\" width=\"300\" height=\"377\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jokeslab.com\/jokes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/bad-kid-drinking-smoking.jpg 300w, https:\/\/jokeslab.com\/jokes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/bad-kid-drinking-smoking-238x300.jpg 238w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-6058\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Early education.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The principal told the teacher he would give the boy a test and if he failed to answer any of his questions he was to go back to the first grade and behave. The teacher agreed.<\/p>\n<p>Johnny was brought in and the conditions are explained to him and he agrees to take the test. Principal: &#8220;What is 3 x 3?&#8221; Johnny: &#8220;9&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Principal: &#8220;What is 6 x 6?&#8221; Johnny: &#8220;36&#8221;. And so it went with every question the principal thought a third grader should know.<\/p>\n<p>The principal looks at the teacher and tells her, &#8220;I think Johnny can go to the third grade.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The teacher says to the principal, &#8220;Let me ask him some questions&#8221; The principal and Johnny both agree.<\/p>\n<p>The teacher asks, &#8220;What does a cow have four of that I have only two of?&#8221; Johnny, after a moment, &#8220;Legs.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Teacher: &#8220;What is in your pants that you have but I do not have?&#8221; The principal\u2019s eyes open really wide and before he could stop the answer, Johnny replied, &#8220;Pockets.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Teacher: &#8220;What does a dog do that a man steps into?&#8221; Johnny: &#8220;Pants&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Teacher: &#8220;What word starts with an \u2019F\u2019 and ends in \u2019K\u2019 that means a lot of excitement?&#8221; Johnny: &#8220;Firetruck&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The principal breathed a sigh of relief and told the teacher, &#8220;Put Johnny in the fifth grade, I missed the last four questions myself.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<a href=\"https:\/\/jokeslab.com\/jokes\/1913\/office-jokes\/too-smart\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" src=\"\" class=\"alignleft wp-post-image tfe\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/a><p>A first grade teacher was having trouble with one of her students.
